Fen End Strawberry and Prosecco Preserve (not organic)
Long-standing veg-box member Heather Sturman set up Fen End Country Kitchen in 2014 after a career as a headteacher. All the preserves are made by hand in small batches in her home in Over. Most of the fruit is sourced locally, often from neighbours with gluts, but isn't organic.

Ideal as a breakfast treat on toast, with croissants, or with scones at tea time. Also makes a wonderful sponge filling.
