Preserves and Sauces
Asado Sauce are handmade in small batches in Longstanton by one of our box scheme members, inspired by her childhood in South America.
Long standing box member Heather Sturman makes these in her kitchen in Over. She produces small batches the old-fashioned way. Much of the fruit she uses for the jams come from gluts from friends and neighbours.
Heather can reuse your empty jars if you return them with your box!

They've set up a commercial kitchen, where the co-workers can make jams from the fruit they grow on the farm. They also produced seasonal gifts such as decorations.
None of these products are organic.
