Reduce, reuse, recycle: if you return your clean, empty jars to us we can get them back to our suppliers for reuse. Unfortunately the lids can't be reused so these will have to go into your recycling.
Based in Burwell, Nikki makes a fabulous range of jams, marmalades, chutneys. She loves strong seasonal flavours and traditional-style products, and has great relationships with many local suppliers from whom she sources her ingredients.

Pure Cambridgeshire honey infused with chilli from The Cambridgeshire Honey Company.
Ingredients: Honey 99%, Chilli extract
This limited batch hot honey is slowly infused pure Cambridgeshire honey with organic chilli flakes.
Hazelnut Spread. Fully organic, plastic free & vegan and with a nutty squirrel design. Made from Turkish hazelnuts, Peruvian agroforested organic cacao liqour, Colombian cane sugar, and Peruvian cocoa butter which they grind for 48 hours before adding a little organic extra virgin olive oil.
Chocolate Tree produce organic Scottish craft chocolate, single origin bean to bar and flavoured bars, baking, vegan and hot chocolate. They make all our chocolate in house from bean to bar at their factory on a farm in sunny East Lothian, Scotland, sourcing heirloom organic cacao from smallholder farms in Central and South America.
