Custard apple

Custard apples, also known as chirimoya, are a sweet, juicy and aromatic fruit. You might even catch a hint of custard when eating them!

Squeeze gently to test for ripeness, as you would an avocado. Cut in half, discard the seeds (don't eat the seeds) and eat with a spoon.
