At the moment we are only available to supply medium eggs. The wet, cold spring followed by the many weeks of very hot weather have led to the flock of hens of Haresfield Farm not developing to the stage of laying the larger egg sizes. We will therefore only have medium eggs for the next few weeks. This situation is affecting most egg producers at the moment.
Members with regular orders for large or very large eggs will receive medium eggs (at the medium-egg price) while the shortage lasts. When the larger sizes are available again, we'll go back to supplying you with those.
