Reduce, reuse, recycle: if you return your clean, empty jars to us we can get them back to Totally Cultured for reuse.
A fermented vinegar, aids digestion and supports gut flora. 2 teaspoons in warm water in the morning or splash into a soup as you serve or make salad dressings.
Made locally in St Neots.

Beetroot and ginger sauerkraut is amazing on salads and in a humus wrap, also a great side to cheese on a sourdough toast. This sauerkraut is zingy and crunchy.
