Ingredients:

Organic red onions (70%), dark soft brown sugar, balsamic and red wine vinegars (sulphites), vegetable oil, chilli flakes, salt, bay flavouring.

The Prospects Trust is a charity which provides opportunities for education and employment for adults with learning difficulties. They have an organic farm near Reach in Cambridgeshire and these jams are made by them in their new commercial kitchen.

Each jar is marked with its individual weight (around 230g)
