The mince pies are handmade in Fitzbillies bakery, with a crisp pastry filled with traditional spiced mincemeat.
MINCEMEAT: Sugar, sultanas [sultanas, sunflower oil, cottonseed oil], apple pulp [Bramley apple pulp, acetic acid], currants (currants, sunflower oil), glucose syrup, mixed glace citrus peel (orange peel, glucose fructose syrup, sugar; lemon peel, potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide, citric acid), shredded non-hydrogenated vegetable suet [sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, rice flour], modified starch, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, ginger, caraway, nutmeg, sunflower oil, clove], raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), colour: plain caramel, orange oil. PASTRY: Wheat flour, butter [milk], cake margarine (veg. oils: sustainable palm, rapeseed, salt, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, annatto, curumin), sugar, eggs, salt.
