Mayan and Q’echi’ communities surrounding lake Lachua in Guatemala grow this organic cacao intercropped with bananas, cardamom and coffee. We refine the cacao with cane sugar and milk powder from organic UK dairy herds.
Chocolate Tree produce organic Scottish craft chocolate, single origin bean to bar and flavoured bars, baking, vegan and hot chocolate. They make all our chocolate in house from bean to bar at their factory on a farm in sunny East Lothian, Scotland, sourcing heirloom organic cacao from smallholder farms in Central and South America.
